My first day in police station

I had never been to police station. But today I had to due to my blunder. I had been to Sankhu with my friends we were three in a bike.We had been there to het refreshed. While we were going I told my friends to get down and asked to walk to me and waited them there a bit far from the station and we went to a newari khaja ghar and haved some food and we returned from there we sat there for about an hour and while we were on the way we all three rode the bike but the constable stopped us and spoke me with harse words and as I am a short tempered man i lost my temper and spoke as he spoke to me he told to get inside the station but I denied to get in and locked my bike and told if he can carry my bike he can carry and take inside the station. He wanted to see my lisense and my bluebook but I denied to show it and he again said me to get inside.And I drove inside the station and he told to speak with the inispector but the inispector was busy with the briefing process and when the briefing was over he came outside and he also started to speak in low graded words i apologized for my mistake but he threatened me that he has got the right to fire us without the warning and he can make a fake medical report and can jail us proving us drunk. I want to know that CAN A POLICE SAY THAT HE CAN SHOOT US WITHOUT WARNING AND CAN JAIL US WITH A FAKE MEDICAL REPORT ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
